# Sugar Cookie Bars

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup soft butter
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup soft butter
- 1.5 cups powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 serving Christmas sprinkles

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375F
2. In a large bowl, mix butter, granulated sugar and powder sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix again.
4. Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
5. Add batter to a lined 8x8 baking sheet and bake for 17-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely.
7. Ice with buttercream frosting.
8. Top with Christmas sprinkles.
9. Cut and serve.
