# Japanese Fluffy Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 egg whites
- 7 tablespoons sugar

## Instructions

1. Mix together three egg yolks, about one cup of vanilla yogurt and six tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
2. In a separate bowl, add three egg whites and start mixing while gradually adding seven tablespoons of sugar, and keep mixing until soft peaks form.
3. Combine the egg yolk mixture with the egg whites.
4. Pour the mixture into a lined cake pan and add to a water bath.
5. Pop into a 300 degree oven for about one hour.
