## Ingredients

- 2.5 Cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 4 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning
- 0.5 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 60 oz Raw Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Diced White Onions
- 2 Tbsps Diced Garlic
- 20 oz Dry Orzo Pasta
- 5 Cups Bone Broth
- 1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella
- 20 g Fresh Parsley
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning
- 0.25 Cup Fat Free Milk

## Instructions

1. Combine all of these ingredients in a blender to make our high-protein buffalo sauce, cover it and set it aside for now.
2. Take out some chicken breast, pound it with anything heavy that you might have until it’s even thickness all the way through, and then season it until it changes color.
3. Cook that chicken in a pan for a few minutes on each side, and you should see a golden brown crust just like this.
4. For some extra flavor, keep all of those cooked bits in the pan before adding all of these things and cooking them with these directions to make our orzo.
5. Now mix in some fat-free cheese, let the orzo cool down a little, and then add our buffalo sauce.
6. Divide everything into meal prep containers, throw them in the freezer, and enjoy.
