## Ingredients

- 1 patatas fritas
- 2 huevos cocidos
- 1 grande lata de mejillones
- 1 cucharada vinagre
- 1 al gusto sal
- 1 cucharada agua
- 1 al gusto pimienta
- 1 al gusto pimentón
- 1 al gusto aceite de oliva virgen extra

## Instructions

1. Cocer dos huevos y triturarlos junto con el caldo de los mejillones, sal, pimienta, aceite, vinagre y una cucharada de agua.
2. Colocar las patatas fritas en una fuente, verter la salsa por encima y colocar unos mejillones.
3. Espolvorear un poco de pimentón.
