# Rock Bottom Pie

A simple pie made with peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, cool whip and Oreo cookies.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- little bit vanilla
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 10 Oreo cookies
- 1 9 inch chocolate crumb crust
- chocolate syrup

## Instructions

1. Add peanut butter to a bowl.
2. Add cream cheese to the bowl.
3. Add a little vanilla.
4. Mix well with a hand mixer.
5. Fold in Cool Whip.
6. Crush Oreo cookies in a zipper bag.
7. Add the crushed Oreos to the mixture.
8. Pour the mixture into a chocolate crumb crust.
9. Put some crumbs on top.
10. Refrigerate the pie.
11. Serve with chocolate syrup.
