## Ingredients

- 4 pieces sausage in the casing
- 4 pieces cream cheese
- 10 pieces pickled jalapeños
- 1 cup cheddar cheese

## Instructions

1. Slice sausages lengthwise, but not all the way through.
2. Spread sausages open and fill with cream cheese.
3. Add pickled jalapeños on top of cream cheese.
4. Add shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Smoke at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
