## Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 meat tenderizer
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 white onion
- 0.75 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar

## Instructions

1. Mix 1 pound of ground beef, salt, pepper, 1 cup of Italian style breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, meat tenderizer, and garlic salt in a bowl.
2. Make small meatballs.
3. In a bowl, combine 1 chopped white onion, 0.75 cup of water, 1 cup of ketchup, and 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the sauce.
5. Pour sauce over meatballs.
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
