## Ingredients

- 650 g chicken breast
- 500 g fusilli pasta
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 fajita spice mix
- 1 soft cheese
- 1 chive sour cream
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 200 ml chicken stock

## Instructions

1. Slice chicken breast into small pieces. Add chicken, diced peppers, onion, fajita spice mix, and chicken stock to the slow cooker. Cook for 2-3 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
2. Add soft cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and cooked pasta to the slow cooker. Stir well.
3. Serve and top with cheddar cheese.
