## Ingredients

- 1.2 kg petite top sirloin medallion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 9 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp ginger, minced
- 6 whole green onion, sliced

## Instructions

1. Combine all marinade ingredients.
2. Portion beef into zip-top bags or freezer-safe containers and divide the marinade evenly.
3. Mix well to coat.
4. Marinate 1–2 hours before cooking, or freeze immediately.

## Tips

- I ran out of gochujang while filming and substituted 1 tbsp chili crisp. It worked in a pinch, but gochujang is definitely the better option.
- Store up to 3–4 months frozen.
