# Röll´s Honig – Senfdressing

This is a honey mustard dressing recipe that can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four weeks.

## Ingredients

- 375 ml weißen Balsamico
- 100 g Zucker
- 100 g Honig
- 45 g Salz
- 150 g mittelscharfer Senf
- 1 Liter Sonnenblumenöl
- 300 ml Wasser

## Instructions

1. Alle Zutaten in einem Mixbecher geben und Pürieren.
2. In Flaschen abfüllen und in den Kühlschrank stellen.
