# High-Protein Burger Bowl

## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 0.5 bag waffle cut sweet potato seasoned fries
- 1 handful shredded cheese
- lettuce (optional)
- onion (optional)
- pickles (optional)
- tomatoes (optional)
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425F, lay sweet potato fries on a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
2. Cook fries for 15-18 minutes until desired crispiness, flipping halfway.
3. Brown burger meat in a pan with seasonings of choice.
4. Once meat is cooked, add a handful of cheese.
5. Mix together Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to make the sauce.
6. Layer bowl with sweet potato fries at the bottom, top with cheesy meat, chosen toppings, and burger sauce.
