# Champagne Jello Shots

## Ingredients

- 3 cups Champagne or Prosecco
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 small bag gold sprinkles

## Instructions

1. In a pot, mix 3 cups of champagne or prosecco with ½ cup of granulated sugar.
2. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves.
3. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
4. Remove from heat and add 1 ounce of unflavored gelatin (4 packets).
5. Add 1 cup of vodka (or gin).
6. Heat again until hot but not boiling.
7. Line an 8x8 inch container with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it.
8. Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set.
9. Once set, cut into cubes and sprinkle with gold sprinkles.
