# Air Fryer Beef Jerky

## Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin tip steak, thinly sliced, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

## Instructions

1. Cut beef into 1/4-inch long strips against the grain, trimming excess fat or gristle.
2. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then stir into the bowl with beef strips.
3. Coat beef with marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
4. Drain liquid from beef and pat strips dry with paper towels.
5. Place half the beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
6. Set air fryer to 200°F for 60 minutes, then repeat for another 60 minutes.
7. Remove finished jerky to a container and repeat the cooking process for the remaining marinated strips.
