# Easy Single Serve Vanilla Cake

## Ingredients

- 1 small egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash vanilla
- 6.5 tbsp self rising flour
- 1 vanilla icing
- 1 sprinkles

## Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a small baking dish, add the egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, milk, and oil. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the flour to the wet mixture and mix again until well combined.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a fork inserted into the cake comes out with soft crumbs.
5. Let it cool, then top with icing and sprinkles.
