## Ingredients

- 6 Potatoes
- 1 cup Water
- 1 bunch Rosemary
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 4 Carrots
- 3 stalks Celery
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 cup Frozen corn
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter

## Instructions

1. Boil potatoes in water.
2. Chop rosemary.
3. Brown ground beef in a frying pan.
4. Add salt and pepper to ground beef.
5. Add chopped rosemary to the ground beef.
6. Chop carrots and celery.
7. Add carrots, celery, and chopped onion to the ground beef.
8. Mince garlic.
9. Add minced garlic and tomato paste to the ground beef mixture.
10. Add frozen peas and corn to the mixture.
11. Pour beef broth into the mixture.
12. Mash boiled potatoes with milk and butter.
13. Layer the mashed potatoes on top of the beef mixture.
