## Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 seasonings
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup rinsed rice
- 8 ounces canned tomato sauce
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cheese

## Instructions

1. Put the pan over medium-high heat and throw in one pound of ground beef with a small diced onion and the seasonings.
2. Once there's no pink left in the beef, add a tablespoon of minced garlic, one cup of rinsed rice, and an eight-ounce can of tomato sauce and a cup and a half of beef broth.
3. Let it come to a simmer, throw on the lid, and then lower the heat for fifteen minutes.
4. Once the rice isn't giving any cap crunch vibes, pull off the lid and stir in one cup of cheese, and then top it with a little bit more before popping it in the oven for just a couple of minutes to get that cheese melted.
