# Cookies and Cream Milkshake Cookies

## Ingredients

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 bags mini Oreos
- 1 jar vanilla frosting
- 0.5 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
- remainder Oreo crumbles
- 1 each mini Oreo

## Instructions

1. Combine vanilla cake mix, oil, and eggs (or applesauce) in a bowl.
2. Cover the dough and chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Set aside 8 of the best-looking mini Oreos and crush the rest into chunks.
4. Mix most of the crushed Oreos into the chilled dough.
5. Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll into balls, and flatten into thick pucks.
6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
7. Whack the baking sheet on a towel to flatten the cookies, then let them cool completely.
8. Whip the vanilla frosting on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes.
9. Fold in the remaining crushed Oreos into the whipped frosting.
10. Frost the cooled cookies with the Oreo frosting.
11. Press parchment paper on top of the frosted cookies to smooth them, then freeze to set the frosting.
12. Remove parchment paper and press a mini Oreo into the center of each cookie.
