# Single Serve Pecan Sticky Bun

## Ingredients

- 0.25 cup milk
- 1 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 tbs white sugar
- 0.5 tsp instant yeast
- 0.66 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.125 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbs packed brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs softened butter
- 3 tbs packed Brown sugar
- 2 tbs Heavy cream
- 0.25 cup pecans

## Instructions

1. Pour wet ingredients into a bowl with butter.
2. Measure the temperature of the wet ingredients.
3. Add sugar and yeast to the mixture.
4. Add flour to the mixture.
5. Knead the dough on a floured surface.
6. Make a simple pecan topping.
7. Mix brown sugar and cream.
8. Add the cream mixture over pecans.
9. Spread butter and brown sugar on the dough.
10. Tightly roll up the dough strip and transfer to the ramekin on top of pecan mixture.
11. Bake the cinnamon roll.
12. Invert onto a plate.
