# Tarta de queso asada

Receta de tarta de queso súper fácil y deliciosa.

## Ingredients

- 100 ml nata para cocinar
- 1 ud huevo
- 250 g queso crema
- 50 g azúcar
- 25 g queso azul

## Instructions

1. Mezclamos nata, huevo, queso crema y azúcar.
2. Añadimos queso azul y envolvemos.
3. Forramos un molde con papel de horno.
4. Vertemos la mezcla.
5. Horneamos a 180º durante 10-15 minutos.
6. Caramelizamos con un sople.
7. Emplatamos.
