## Ingredients

- Beef Stock
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1.91 lb Beef for stew
- Avocado oil
- Tomato paste
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic
- McCormick Brown Gravy mix
- Butter

## Instructions

1. Pour beef stock into the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Add Lipton Onion Soup mix to the beef stock.
3. Stir the beef stock and Lipton Onion Soup mix together.
4. Place the beef stew meat in a bowl.
5. Add avocado oil to the beef.
6. Add tomato paste to the beef.
7. Add Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
8. Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
9. Add chopped garlic to the beef.
10. Place the seasoned beef into the crockpot.
11. Shake McCormick Brown Gravy mix over the beef.
12. Add dots of butter over the beef and gravy mix.
13. Cover the crockpot and cook on high or low.
14. Serve the steak and gravy over mashed potatoes.
