## Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 8 soft flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp dried parsley
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Mix until completely smooth.
5. Gently fold in the chopped raw shrimp.
6. Warm the tortillas slightly (about 10-15 seconds in the microwave) so they are pliable and won't crack.
7. Spoon a generous line of the creamy shrimp mixture down the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
8. Place the roll ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish so they stay securely closed.
9. In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley.
10. Brush this garlic butter generously over the top of each tortilla.
11. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown, and the shrimp filling is bubbly and cooked through.
12. While the roll ups bake, prepare the dipping sauce.
13. Melt the ½ cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
14. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
15. Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley, then remove from heat.
16. Serve the roll ups hot, dunked straight into that warm lemon garlic butter sauce!
