# Salsa de rancho

## Ingredients

- 1 handful chile guajillo
- 1 handful chile de árbol
- 4 garlic clove
- 2 tomato
- 1 splash white vinegar
- 2 parts water from cooking
- salt (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
- cumin (optional)
- oregano (optional)

## Instructions

1. Boil the chiles, garlic cloves, and tomatoes in a pot.
2. Transfer the boiled ingredients to a blender.
3. Add white vinegar and the cooking water to the blender, using roughly double the amount of cooking water as vinegar.
4. Season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano, then blend until smooth.
