# Spicy Wonton Soup

## Ingredients

- 2 whole bok choy
- 4 whole green onion
- 1 whole ginger
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 6 whole wontons
- 6 whole shrimp
- 1 tsp chili oil (optional)

## Instructions

1. Chop the bok choy and separate the green onion into white and green parts.
2. Grate the ginger and garlic into a pot, add the white parts of the green onion, and simmer.
3. Add chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil to the pot.
4. In a separate pot of boiling water, blanch the bok choy, remove it, and then cook the noodles until al dente.
5. Pour hot broth over the noodles in the bowl to finish cooking them.
6. Add the wontons to the boiling water and cook until they float to the top; remove and set aside.
7. Place the shrimp in the boiling water and cook until done.
8. Assemble the bowl with noodles, bok choy, wontons, and shrimp, then top with the hot broth.
9. Top with chili oil and garnish with the green onion greens.
