## Ingredients

- 24 strawberries
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

## Instructions

1. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise, then slice off the hump on the back of each half so the strawberries lay flat.
2. Place them on a baking sheet and set aside.
3. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, then whip until mixture has slightly thickened.
5. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake filling and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
