# Apple Tarts

Delicious and easy-to-make apple tarts with a caramelized topping.

## Ingredients

- honey
- butter
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- apple
- puff pastry

## Instructions

1. Drizzle honey onto parchment paper placed on a baking tray.
2. Place a slice of butter on top of the honey.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the brown sugar.
5. Arrange apple slices on top of the cinnamon.
6. Place a square of puff pastry over the apple slices.
7. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash.
8. Repeat the process to create six apple tarts on the baking tray.
9. Bake until golden brown and caramelized.
10. Carefully remove a tart from the baking tray using a spatula.
11. Flip the tart onto a plate so the apples are on top.
