# 三杯茄子

這是一道不需要開火，即可利用微波爐做出像熱炒店風味的三杯茄子。

## Ingredients

- 1 條 茄子
- 1 瓣 蒜頭
- 1 小撮 鹽巴
- 1 個 辣椒 (optional)
- 2 tbsp 醬油膏
- 1 噴 蒜味橄欖油
- 1 噴 香油
- 1 把 九層塔
- 1 適量 胡麻油

## Instructions

1. 洗淨並切段茄子。
2. 將茄子放入可微波容器，加入蒜頭、鹽巴、辣椒、醬油膏、蒜味橄欖油及香油。
3. 送入微波爐，以中大火900W加熱。
4. 加入九層塔與適量胡麻油，再次送入微波爐。
5. 攪拌均勻即可上桌。
