# Zapiekanka z batatów

An incredibly easy and quick casserole made with sweet potatoes, potatoes, sausage and onion.

## Ingredients

- 1 batat
- 150 g ser żółty
- 1 cebula
- kiełbasa

## Instructions

1. Peel the sweet potatoes.
2. Transfer the sweet potatoes to water, wash and thinly slice on a mandoline or with a knife.
3. Grate a layer of cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Arrange sweet potatoes on the cheese.
5. Grate some cheese on top.
6. Bake for about 25 minutes.
7. Peel and chop the onion.
8. Slice the sausage.
9. Place on a little fat, just for a moment, so that the onion softens.
10. Spread the sausage with onion over the baked sweet potatoes.
11. Roll up the sweet potatoes and it's ready.
