## Ingredients

- 1 cup corn
- 1 fourth cup purple onions
- 1 fourth cup celery
- 1 fourth cup carrots
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup ham
- 2 cups boiled noodles
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño juice

## Instructions

1. Combine corn, purple onions, celery, and carrots in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
3. Add the ham and mix.
4. Add the boiled noodles and mix again.
5. Add jalapeño juice and mix.
