## Ingredients

- 160 g sugar
- 160 g softened butter
- 1 tbsp lemon zests
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 90 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon zests
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix sugar, lemon zest and softened butter.
2. Add lemon juice and mix.
3. Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix.
4. Pour batter into baking pan and spread.
5. Bake (the video does not show how to bake the cake).
6. Prepare the topping by mixing icing sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice.
7. Spread the topping on the baked cake.
