# Christmas Sugar Cookie Bars

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 cup holiday sprinkles
- 1 store bought icing

## Instructions

1. In a wooden bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla.
2. Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder and mix well.
3. Stir in 1/4 cup of holiday sprinkles.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 350° for ~25 mins.
6. Top with store bought icing and sprinkles.
7. Cut into bars and serve.
