## Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 70 ml oil
- 10 gr baking powder
- 1 vanilla
- 160 gr flour

## Instructions

1. Crack two eggs into a bowl.
2. Add 100 gr of sugar.
3. Add a pinch of salt.
4. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer until creamy.
5. Add 70 ml of oil.
6. Add 100 ml of milk.
7. Add vanilla.
8. Mix well with a whisk.
9. Sift 160 gr of flour and 10 gr of baking powder.
10. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture.
11. Mix well with a whisk until smooth.
12. Grease an oven dish with a diameter of 17 cm with oil.
13. Pour the batter into the prepared oven dish.
14. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
