# Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake

This no-bake cheesecake tastes like Ferrero Rocher and is super simple to make.

## Ingredients

- 200 g hazelnut wafers
- 200 g nutella
- 400 g cream cheese
- 150 g nutella
- 50 g icing sugar
- 300 ml double cream
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 ml double cream
- hazelnuts
- ferrero rocher

## Instructions

1. Crush the hazelnut wafers.
2. Add nutella and mix well.
3. Transfer into the tin and press it down firmly.
4. Combine cream cheese, nutella, and icing sugar, then mix well.
5. Add double cream and mix well.
6. Smooth it out.
7. Melt milk chocolate with double cream in microwave.
8. Pour completely cold ganache over cheesecake smooth it out.
9. Refrigerate minimum 4-6 Hours, preferably overnight.
10. Crush hazelnuts for decoration.
11. Decorate with hazelnuts and ferrero rocher.
