# Cream of anything bulk mix

This bulk mix can be used to make several different cream of anything flavors, such as cream of broccoli, cheddar, chicken, mushroom, or celery.

## Ingredients

- 4 cups powdered milk
- 1.5 cups cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 0.5 cup chicken bouillon powder
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk or water
- 0.33 cup dry mix
- 0.5 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup finely chopped cooked chicken breast
- 0.5 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 0.5 cup finely diced celery

## Instructions

1. Add 4 cups of powdered milk to a jar.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups of cornstarch or arrowroot powder.
3. Add 1/2 cup of chicken bouillon powder.
4. Add 4 tsp of onion powder.
5. Add 2 tsp of dried basil.
6. Add 1 tsp of dried thyme.
7. Add 1 tsp of garlic powder.
8. Add 1 tsp of pepper.
9. Close the jar and shake to combine all ingredients.
10. To make cream of anything, add 1 cup of milk or water and 1/3 cup of dry mix to a saucepan.
11. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened over low heat.
12. For cream of broccoli, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped broccoli.
13. For cream of cheddar, add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
14. For cream of chicken, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped cooked chicken breast.
15. For cream of mushroom, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped mushrooms.
16. For cream of celery, add 1/2 cup of finely diced celery.
