# Monterey Jack Chicken Spaghetti

## Ingredients

- 1 rotisserie chicken
- cream of chicken soup
- frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- garlic
- sour cream
- Monterey Jack cheese
- crispy fried onions
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
- shredded cheese
- fried onions

## Instructions

1. Shred a rotisserie chicken into a large bowl.
2. Add cream of chicken soup, frozen spinach that's been thawed and drained, garlic, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and some crispy fried onions.
3. Stir in one pound of cooked spaghetti.
4. Place everything into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and smooth it out so that it's flat and even.
5. Add some shredded cheese and a little more of those fried onions on top.
6. Place it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
