- 2 salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 0.75 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 bottle tomato sauce
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful feta cheese

## Instructions

1. Process bread into crumbs using a blender.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mince beef with bread crumbs, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

5. Shape the meat mixture into small, elongated rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
