# Cookies and Cream Cookies

## Ingredients

- 16 Oreos
- 2.25 cups APF
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp cornstarch
- butter
- cream cheese
- 1 egg
- splash vanilla
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 0.5 cup light brown sugar
- Oreos
- Hershey's bars
- 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
- Hershey's bars
- white chocolate

## Instructions

1. Smash 16 Oreos in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl combine your dry ingredients: 2 1/4 cups of APF, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch.
3. In a third large bowl mix together your butter and cream cheese followed by one egg, a splash of vanilla, 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of light brown sugar.
4. Fold in your flour gradually until you get this type of consistency.
5. Add your Oreos and some chopped up Hershey's bars and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.
6. Chill that cookie dough for an hour and place large discs on the cookie sheet.
7. Bake for about 13 minutes on 350.
8. Melt some Hershey's bars with white chocolate and top your cookies.
