# Biscoff Cheesecakes

## Ingredients

- 2 /3 cup light cream cheese
- 1 /2 cup yoghurt
- 1 /2 tbs corn starch
- 1 /4 cup sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp melted biscoff
- 1 tsp biscoff crumbs

## Instructions

1. Mix together cream cheese, yoghurt, corn starch, sweetener and egg until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a muffin mold.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Let them cool.
5. Top with a teaspoon of melted biscoff.
6. Top with biscoff crumbs.
7. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
