## Ingredients

- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.2 tsp beet powder
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 0.75 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 0.5 cup white chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Melt butter and mix in sugars.
2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
3. In another bowl, whisk together baking powder, baking soda, salt, and beet powder.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix gently.
5. Add freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
6. Scoop onto baking sheet and rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
7. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.
