# Sausage Brie Bites

This recipe shows how to make sausage brie bites.

## Ingredients

- brie cheese
- ciboulette
- knacki sausages
- egg yolk
- sesame seeds
- dough

## Instructions

1. Cut brie cheese in half horizontally.
2. Add chopped garlic and chives in the middle, then salt and pepper.
3. Cover the filling with the other half.
4. Cover the brie with dough.
5. Cut slits into the dough.
6. Cut the sausages into smaller pieces.
7. Place a sausage piece on each dough slit and roll it.
8. Brush with egg yolk and add sesame seeds.
9. Bake for 30 min at 180°C.
