## Ingredients

- 4 country style ribs
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.24 teaspoon cumin
- 2.5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 0.75 cup apple cider vinegar
- kosher salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (hickory and brown sugar flavor)

## Instructions

1. Season the country-style ribs by mixing 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, and 2 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar (or honey) in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle the seasoning generously on all four ribs.
3. Place the seasoned ribs into a deep dish.
4. In a measuring cup, combine 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, then pour it over the ribs in the dish.
5. Marinate the ribs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes; do not exceed this time to prevent them from becoming mushy.
6. After marinating, remove the ribs to a plate and sprinkle a little more of the seasoning on both sides of the ribs.
7. Add pepper to both sides of the ribs according to your preference.
8. Sprinkle kosher salt on both sides of the ribs.
9. Place the seasoned and marinated ribs into the Ninja Foodi cooking pot.
10. Pour half a cup of the marinating liquid into the cooking pot with the ribs.
11. Close the lid and set the pressure release valve to seal.
12. Set the Ninja Foodi to pressure cook on high for 17 minutes.
13. After pressure cooking, allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
14. Turn the pressure release valve to release any remaining pressure, waiting for the red float valve to go down before opening.
15. Remove the ribs from the pot and empty out all but half a cup of the liquid.
16. Generously apply Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (hickory and brown sugar flavor) to both sides of the ribs, brushing it on well.
17. Place the sauced ribs into the air fryer basket.
18. Pour a little more barbecue sauce on top of the ribs in the basket.
19. Insert the air fryer basket into the Ninja Foodi.
20. Set the Ninja Foodi to air crisp at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes.
21. Monitor the ribs during air crisping and reposition if necessary by opening and closing the lid.
22. Once the air crisping is complete, remove the finished ribs.
