## Tips

- Blending some of the beans with tofu, nutritional yeast, and miso paste adds creaminess and significantly bumps up the protein content without needing to simmer for ages.
- Nutritional yeast is known as vegan cheese, provides a cheesy flavor, has a ton of different vitamins, is a great source of protein, and also has fiber.
- Miso paste adds a lot of flavor.
