# Dill Crust

A dill crust is prepared for salmon.

## Ingredients

- dill
- salt
- cooked salmon

## Instructions

1. Chop the dill.
2. Add the dill and salt to a food processor and mix until a green paste is formed.
3. Spread the dill mixture on parchment paper.
4. Using a rolling pin, flatten the mixture until is smooth.
5. Cut the flatten mixture into rectangular slices.
6. Place a slice of dill on top of the salmon and bake.
7. Add sauce and serve.
