# Strawberry Fields Forever Sandwich

## Ingredients

- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons New York cream cheese
- 5 strawberries
- 1 handful rocket
- 10 walnuts
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt

## Instructions

1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
2. Spread cream cheese on both halves of the baguette.
3. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on one half of the baguette.
4. Toss the rocket with olive oil and salt.
5. Place the rocket on top of the strawberries.
6. Sprinkle walnuts over the rocket.
7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sandwich.
8. Close the sandwich and wrap in brown paper.
