余ったお餅を使ったフレンチトースト風レシピ

## Ingredients

- 2 枚 切り餅
- 100 ml 牛乳
- 15 g 砂糖
- 1 個 卵
- 2 枚 チーズ
- 0 メープルシロップ
- 0 粉砂糖

## Instructions

1. 切り餅を小さく切る。
2. ボウルに切った餅を入れ、牛乳を加える。
3. 砂糖を加え混ぜる。
4. 溶き卵を作る。
5. 卵液を餅の入ったボウルに加え混ぜる。
6. フライパンにバターをひき、生地を流し込む。
7. アルミホイルをかぶせ弱火で焼く。
8. 両面焼き色がつくまで焼く。
9. お皿に盛り付け、メープルシロップと粉砂糖をかける。
