# Bob's Drive Inn Taverns

## Ingredients

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 32 oz flavored beef stock
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 heaping tsp mustard
- 3 heaping tsp cream style horseradish
- 3 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ketchup

## Instructions

1. Brown the ground beef and strain the grease.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and beef broth to the beef.
3. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
4. Add the mustard, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Blend well and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
