## Instructions

1. Cut the focaccia in half.
2. Spread pesto on one half of the focaccia.
3. Add sliced truffle and pistachio turkey.
4. Add lamb's lettuce.
5. Grate some Idiazabal cheese on top.
6. Cover with the other half of the focaccia, wrap, and cut in half.
7. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, and olive oil.
8. Spread the mustard sauce on toasted bread.
9. Add a generous amount of wild boar head.
10. Add some Cantabria cream cheese on top.
11. Torch the cheese.
12. Add more sauce and cover with another slice of toasted bread, wrap, and cut in half.
13. In a tall glass, blend black olives, capers, olive oil, and a splash of lemon juice until smooth.
14. Cut Comté cheese.
15. Spread olive sauce on the focaccia halves.
16. Add lomo embuchado and slices of Comté cheese.
17. Spread some tomato concentrate on the top piece of focaccia.
18. Add lamb's lettuce, cover, wrap and cut in half.
