# Donuts au four

## Ingredients

- 250 g farine
- 3 càs maïzena
- 50 g sucrant
- 1 sachet levure chimique
- 3 oeufs
- arôme vanille
- 100 g yaourt ou fromage blanc
- 150 ml lait
- pépites de chocolat

## Instructions

1. Pour 250g de farine in a bowl.
2. Add 3cs of maïzena.
3. Add 50g sucrant and one sachet of levure chimique.
4. Form a puit in the center.
5. Add 3 oeufs.
6. Add arôme vanille.
7. Add 100g yaourt ou fromage blanc.
8. Add 150ml lait au choix.
9. Mélanger.
10. Remplir les moules à donuts.
11. Possible avec pépites de chocolat.
12. Cuisson environ 20min à 175 four préchauffé.
13. Démouler les donuts.
14. Ajouter le topping au choix.
