## Ingredients

- 3 Tomatillos
- 1 Jalape

o
- 1 Garlic
- 1 White Onion
- 1 Lime
- 1 handful Cilantro
- 1 Avocado
- 1 little bit Kosher Salt
- 1 little bit Water

## Instructions

1. Peel the husks off the tomatillos, as blending them will result in a bitter flavor.
2. Cut the stem off the jalape

o. If you want it spicier, rub the jalape

o to break its veins. Otherwise, simply cut it in half.
3. Cut one clove of garlic.
4. Peel and cut a piece of white onion.
5. Cut the lime in half and squeeze its juice into the blender. This prevents the avocado from oxidizing and turning brown.
6. Add a handful of cilantro, including both stems and leaves, into the blender.
7. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into the blender. Ensure the avocado stem is yellow-green and the skin is dark brown, not black.
