# Spaghetti all’Assassina (“Killer” Pasta)

## Ingredients

- 1 package spaghetti
- 1 pitcher tomato broth
- 1 pour olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 3 whole chili pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ball burrata (optional)
- extra virgin olive oil (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
- basil (optional)

## Instructions

1. Heat tomato broth in a pot on the stove.
2. Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat, add garlic and chili peppers, and cook until golden.
3. Stir in the tomato paste until combined.
4. Add the dry spaghetti into the pan, toast it in the flavored oil, then begin adding the warm tomato broth a ladle at a time.
5. Cook the pasta by adding broth and letting it absorb, frying the spaghetti against the hot pan to develop charred edges.
6. Continue the process until the spaghetti is cooked through and has crispy, charred spots.
7. Plate the spaghetti and garnish with burrata, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh black pepper, and fresh basil.
