# Sausage and Cheese Mini Muffins

## Ingredients

- 2 cups Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded cheese

## Instructions

1. Start with two cups of Kodiak mix.
2. Add one pound of cooked and patted dry Jimmy Dean maple sausage.
3. Add one and a half cups of water.
4. Add two cups of milk.
5. Add two eggs.
6. Add a quarter cup of maple syrup.
7. Mix everything using a hand mixer.
8. Add one cup of shredded cheese.
9. Mix again using a hand mixer.
10. Grease a mini muffin tray and fill it with the mixture.
11. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
12. Pull out and cool off.
